Ledges Hotel: Ledges Hotel is a magnificent converted stone factory building that has been spectacularly converted into a beautiful boutique hotel. Because the famous O’Connor Glass Factory once called this magnificent structure “home” back in the 1890s, the hotel’s restaurant, wine bar, and kitchen is aptly called Glass. Accented and decorated by the actual glass molds and other artifacts that are still in existence from its industrial inception, Glass serves fare that perfectly complements their all-American wine and beer list. Small plates are meant to be shared by the table and enjoyed out on their spectacular decks overlooking Wallenpaupack Creek. On Sunday nights throughout the summer, enjoy Beer, Blues, and BBQ.
Cocoon Coffee House: Located in the cocoon house of the Hawley Silk Mill, a converted factory built 1884, the Cocoon Coffee House is a place to nestle, rest, and nourish one’s self (instead of the silk worms of days gone by). Serving the locally roasted beans from Moka Origins in Honesdale, Cocoon is one of the few places in the United States where one can enjoy such an incredible quality of java! Along with its extensive coffee and specialty drinks menu, Cocoon also serves a wide assortment of salads, soups, sandwiches, and more!
