Upcoming Events at the Bethel Woods Center for the Performing Arts
Since 2006, the Bethel Woods Center for the Performing Arts has been inspiring, educating, and empowering people through arts and humanities. Located just 90 miles from New York City, the center puts on many concerts, events, programs, and festivals throughout the year. The Bethel Woods Center for the Arts sits on the site of the original 1969 Woodstock festival in Bethel, New York.
Bethel Woods has 2 great venues on the property: the Main Stage Pavilion and The Museum. The pavilion has seen many great performers over the years including Elton John, James Taylor, and The Eagles. This year, guests to the Pavilion can look forward to Chicago, Earth, Wind and Fire, and Jackson Browne. The Museum at Bethel Woods is an award-winning venue which opened in 2008. The building is an LEED-certified green building which is home to an event gallery, café, museum shop, exhibit gallery and the award-winning exhibit: Woodstock and the Sixties.
