Elements Music and Arts Festival 2017

Less than an hour’s drive from Hawley, PA, is Lakewood, PA. Lakewood is home to the Elements Music and Arts Festival 2017. Held each Memorial Day weekend, this festival has everything from arts and activities to food and lots of music. Just a few of the artists you’ll hear over the weekend include Billy Kenny, Liquid Stranger, Claptone, and Red Axes.

Milford Music Festival

This year’s Milford Music Festival in nearby Milford, PA, will be held on the weekend of June 24th. You won’t want to miss this free event. It’s a favorite among locals and visitors. As music fills the tree-lined streets, you can stroll around to enjoy sidewalk shopping, a variety of music genres, and fun events lined up like the Jorgensen’s Block Party.

Honesdale Roots and Rhythm Festival

The Honesdale Roots and Rhythm Festival is celebrating its 12th anniversary this year! This June 17th, Honesdale will come alive with music, an art walk, and food vendors. The Main Stage lineup includes Amy Helm, Sarah Borges, and The Tall Pines. One of the greatest things about this festival is that it is FREE to attend!

Camp Bisco

Just a 45-minute drive from The Settlers Inn is Camp Bisco in Scranton, PA. This 18-and-over music festival will take place July 12th through the 14th. Known as the Northeast’s largest electronic rock concert, Camp Bisco will hold over 100 performances over the course of the 3-day event.

The Peach Music Festival

Also held in Scranton is The Peach Music Festival. Celebrating its 6th year, The Peach Music Festival will include a lineup of artists like Widespread Panic, My Morning Jacket, Joe Bonamassa, and Gov’t Mule and Friends. This event began back in 2012 and was founded by The Allman Brothers Band. Music-goers will also enjoy the many food and craft vendors on-site.

Musikfest

At a little over an hour and a half from The Settlers Inn is Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA. This 10-day music event, established in 1984, attracts almost 900,000 people each year. It has been called one of the largest and most diverse music festivals in the nation! Musikfest has music on 14 stages and will welcome artists including Santana, Toby Keith, The Band Perry and more.  This event is great for all ages.
