Can’t Miss Events at the 14th Annual Wally Lake Fest

Wally Lake Fest is the biggest event of the year in the Northern Pocono Mountains! There are so many fun events planned for this year’s three-day weekend, you won’t want to miss a moment of the fun. Here is our list of can’t miss events at the 14th annual Wally Lake Fest.

Great Beginnings

Wally Lake Fest takes place August 25- 27. With everything from live music on the lake to wonderful artisan craft fairs, you are sure to find plenty of fun things to keep you busy. Jazz on the Deck right here at The Settlers Inn kicks off the festivities. Spencer and Nancy Reed perform from 5 to 8 p.m. You can enjoy cocktail service in the garden or dinner on the deck. The Settlers Inn also hosts the Wally Lake Fest Brunch on Saturday and Sunday with a farm-to-table menu an live music on Sunday.

Hot Spots

Cocoon Coffeehouse and Bakery is home to the High Noon Seltzer Bar from noon until 6 p.m. on Saturday.  While you are at the Hawley Silk Mill, be sure to visit the Artisan Craft Fair from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday  You’ll find artisans, crafts and local food among the offerings.

Our sister property, Ledges Hotel, is the hot spot on Sunday night for Blues, Brews and BBQ from 6 to 9 p.m. Dustin Douglas and the Electric Gentlemen will provide the evening’s entertainment.

Silver Birches Resort hosts music all three days. You won’t want to miss Lakeside Live on Friday evening plus Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Around Town

In addition to these top events, there are other festivities planned all over Hawley. Friday night’s activities include the Wallenpaupack Scenic Boat Tour and a performance at the Ritz Company Playhouse. On Saturday, stop by Wallypalooza, the Vendor Fair and Markets and Last Saturday festivities.
