Where to Zip Line in the Poconos

Skytop Lodge in Skytop, Pennsylvania is only about 40-minutes from Hawley, PA.  Skytop offers the Skytop Lodge Adventure Center which is a 3-hour course with 7 different zip lines.  Groups depart every morning at 9:00 am and then every half hour thereafter.  Zip lining is $45.00 on weekdays and then $50.00 on the weekends.

Kittatinny Canoes in Barryville, New York offers zip lining adventures overlooking the Delaware River.  Kittatinny offers one of the largest Big Zips in the United States, the Dual Racing Ziplines.  Participants will drop 36 stories at 150-feet in the air.  Zipliners will reach speeds of up to 60 miles per hour with the whole experience taking around 45-minutes.  Those looking to participate in the zip line should be at least 8 years old.  Reservations at Kittatinny are recommended and booked every half hour.

Camelback Mountain Adventures at Camelback Mountain also offers their own dual zip.  Participants can purchase 2 tickets to experience the zip line rush two times in a row.  There is a 1,000-foot dual zip and also a 4,000-foot line where riders reach speeds of up to 60mph.

Pocono Zip Racer in Bushkill, PA is another great spot for zip lining in the Poconos.  Open year-round, Pocono Zip Racer offers 2 1,000 foot dual zips that race over 30 miles per hour.  Participants must be at least 7 years old.  Tickets are $20.00 for one run and then $7.00 for additional runs.  Zip lines open at 10:00 am and are open until dusk.  The TreeVentures Aerial Ropes Course is located adjacent to the zip lines for another tree top adventure.

Imagine standing and overlooking the views at one of the highest points in Northeast Pennsylvania.  The Ziprider on Montage Mountain takes riders 5 stories high and lets them soar at speeds of up to 60 miles per hour over the Montage Mountain Waterpark.  The Ziprider offers 4 cables side by side for racers to zip with family or friends.  The price for a single ride is $15.99.  The Ziprider is open in all seasons.
