Enhance your bread making skills when you book our two-day bread making package on November 8th & 9th. Work side by side with our talented pastry chef, Hannah Stachlewitz, to create 5 breads to take home: Sesame Semolina, Honey Wheat, Rustic White, Sourdough and Multigrain. You will learn tips and techniques that will strengthen your skills in your home kitchen. You will also have some equipment to take home. Classes will be held at our bakery in the Hawley Silk Mill, transportation will be provided. The first session will be on Friday evening at 5:00 pm with subsequent workshops/ classes at 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on Saturday. Enjoy a special tasting of breads, olive oils and wine on Saturday afternoon.
